Gennum is a Canadian semiconductor firm established in 1973. The firm mainly manufactures specialized ICs and hybrid circuits for thick films. The primary products are low-voltage audio amplifiers for listening devices, analog signal processing circuits, professional video, broadcast TV video signal distribution and processing components and other specially designed built-in circuitry. The companys office is in Ontario, Canada, where it has two IC development, production and sales manufacturing facilities as well as two overseas offices: GennumJapan Corporation and GennumUK Limited, largely responsible for the sales of products.
